Course Description:

Yogilatez (Monday 5-6pm SRC) blends the best of Yoga and Pilates, as Yoga generates endurance and flexibility, while Pilates creates core strength, precise alignment, and muscular coordination.

Yogilatez Intermediate (Monday 6-7pm SRC) blends Yoga and Pilates at an intermediate level with more challenging movements and poses for the experienced ones.

Restorative Yoga (Thursday 5-6pm SRC) is our new relaxing yoga foundation class with strong emphasis on alignment and relaxation. It reduces stress, anxiety, and insomnia, , headaches, chest rigidity, muscles stiffness, indigestion, back pain, extremely beneficial for those times when you experience fatigue or examination pressure. It  also promotes the healing of soft tissue tension and enhances the cosmic energy.

Cardio Aerobics (Thursday 5-6pm MPSH2) is back to the basics with the combination of floor aerobics, steps and toning exercise. It is easy to follow and maximizes calories burning potential.

Zumba Fitness (Thursday 7-8pm SRC) An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that moves millions of people toward joy and health.

Kickboxing (Monday 5-6pm, MPSH2) combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning, and to enhance heart-lung functioning.

Jazzercise (Tuesday 7-8pm SRC) is our newly introduced aerobics exercise with a fusion of Jazz, Latino & Hip Hop music. Groove to the beat of music and experience heaps of fun while sweating it out! Come jazzercise with us today!

ABT (Thursday 6-7pm, MPSH 2) aims to produce noticeable results in the areas of toning, conditioning, endurance and calorie expenditure.

Pilates (Thursday 6-7pm, SRC Dance Studio) focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

$40 per class. $36 for jazzercise (9 sessions)
