Our annual Hyperjive event is back again!! It is a mass aerobics workout with different activities throughout the day. It will be held on the 25 August 2012 (Saturday) from 2-6pm at the multi-purpose sports hall 1 in NUS.
Get ready to workout with your family and friends through the activities planned for you!
2:30pm – 3:10pm : Kickboxing : combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning, and to enhance heart-lung functioning.
3:30pm – 4:10pm : Cardioaerobics : back to the basics with the combination of floor aerobics, steps and toning exercise. It is easy to follow and maximizes calories burning potential.
4:30pm – 5:10pm : Zumba Fitness : An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that moves millions of people toward joy and health.

Each ticket entitles you to a goodie bag, our specially designed Hyperjive 2012 t-shirt and a chance to win attractive prizes!!
Attire: Comfortable shirt and shorts with sports shoes
*Please have lunch at least 1.5 hours before the event and do not over-exert yourself during Hyperjive.
This event is open to all! Even if you are not a student of NUS, you are still welcome to join us!!
There are two ways to register for the event. You can either:
1) Sign up with us at our booth in NUS on the 16-17 Aug (Thurs-Fri), 12pm-6pm along Central Lib Walkway.
2) Sign up online HERE (Online registration will close on 21st August at 12 midnight)
-Payment can be made via i-banking or ATM transfer. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 3 working days.
You can register on the day of the event itself too. However do note that the t-shirts’ size will be limited.
